Compound

Privacy policy

Last updated June 2, 2026

Compound ("we," "us") makes an app for tracking habits, supplements and peptides, bloodwork, daily state, and reflection, and for producing a daily score and personalized briefing. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We treat your health information as sensitive and we do not sell it.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

AI processing

The Coach briefing and lab-PDF import send the relevant portions of your data to Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate the output you asked for. This processing happens under Anthropic's commercial API terms; data sent through the API is not used to train their models. We send only what each feature needs.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, on managed cloud servers. Data is encrypted in transit, and row-level security ensures each account can access only its own data. Subscriptions are processed by Apple; we never receive your full payment details.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the app, under contract and only as needed: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI processing), and Apple (sign-in on device and subscriptions). We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your data.

Your choices and rights

To exercise any of these, contact hello@trycompoundai.com.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your associated data, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law.

Children

Compound is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, noted in the app.
